AgentWrap provides AI-powered development automation services that enable you to:

  • Connect your GitHub repositories to our platform
  • Describe features or changes you want implemented
  • Have Claude Code AI agents analyze your codebase and implement requested changes
  • Automatically receive pull requests with the implemented code

Our service runs Claude Code in isolated cloud environments using Trigger.dev, ensuring secure and reliable execution of development tasks.

2. Account Requirements

To use AgentWrap, you must:

  • Create a valid account with accurate information
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide and maintain a valid Claude API key from Anthropic
  • Grant necessary GitHub permissions for repository access
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Usage of AI Models

Our service is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI models. Please understand that:

  • AI-generated code may contain errors or require modifications
  • Results depend on the clarity and completeness of your task descriptions
  • Claude Code operates within the capabilities and limitations of the AI model
  • You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before use

4. GitHub Integration

By connecting your GitHub account, you authorize AgentWrap to:

  • Access repository information and code
  • Create branches for development work
  • Submit pull requests with implemented changes
  • Read repository metadata and structure

You maintain full control and can revoke access at any time through your GitHub settings.

5. Data Security and Privacy

  • All API keys and tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption
  • We do not permanently store your source code
  • Claude Code runs in isolated Trigger.dev environments
  • We only retain metadata about pull requests and task execution
  • Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AgentWrap to:

  • Generate malicious, harmful, or illegal code
  • Violate any third-party rights or licenses
  • Attempt to breach security or interfere with service operation
  • Use the service for any unlawful purposes
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the service

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your existing code and repositories
  • AI-generated code is provided to you under your repository's existing license
  • AgentWrap claims no ownership over your code or generated content
  • You are responsible for ensuring generated code complies with applicable licenses

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • AgentWrap provides services "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any errors, bugs, or issues in generated code
  • You assume full responsibility for reviewing and implementing generated code
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service

9. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
  • Task execution is subject to Trigger.dev cloud service availability
  • Maximum task duration is limited to 1 hour per execution

10. Payment and Billing

  • Service fees are clearly displayed before purchase
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment providers
  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Fail to maintain valid payment information
  • Use the service in ways that harm our infrastructure or other users

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
